fab stay!
really good breakfast well-equipped gym heated pool outdoor sofa
I really loved the really good breakfast. The variety was amazing! the gym was also very good, i found it well-equipped for both strength training and cardio. plus, the pools were really lovely, especially the heated outdoor one. It was so relaxing. i especially enjoyed the outdoor 'sofa' beds for two by the pools!
the minibar was empty, which wasn't a huge deal but it would have been nice to have some refreshments available upon arrival.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the corniche and the beach. This made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. the hotel's location offers direct access to the beach, providing guests with the best convenience. the surrounding area is vibrant and accessible.

excellent service various options great attention
The hotel provided excellent service. the breakfast had various options. the staff was helpful and attentive. My son felt very comfortable there from day one. the attention to detail was great. i emailed my son's preferences in advance, and everything was prepared when we arrived.
the strict rationing of tea and coffee sachets was a minor inconvenience. they provided only four coffee pods and four tea sachets for our four-day stay.

relaxing stay
spacious rooms efficient service heated pools
the hotel rooms were spacious. the housekeeping service came daily and was very efficient. the room had great sea view. the pools were heated and clean. the staff always ensures you have towels and a sun bed.
the minibar prices seemed really high. i did see small perrier bottle for 7 euros. it seemed expensive.

the room included a king bed. there was a mini bar. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel provides complimentary toiletries.

the staff provided attentive services. the poolside bar did have lunch options. there was also a special cake delivered to my room as a birthday gift. the staff works hard.

the hotel had a beautiful pool area. the pool was very spacious and nicely designed. the overall atmosphere was very friendly. the rooms were super clean.
the gym got very crowded during peak hours.

A mixed experience. Some issues noted
misleading view disappointing experience
the location was near the promenade with beach access.
i paid extra for an 'ocean side view' room, and there was no ocean visible. i felt misled because there was no ocean in sight from my room. it was not the start to a holiday i had hoped for and overshadowed some of the positive aspects.

Lovely Getaway!
clean hotel great view
I enjoyed the big, clean hotel a lot. The pool was lovely and the sun beds around it were great. My room had a great view and this was really excellent.

The staff are kind and supportive, always ready to help. The facility is clean and well kept, that shows a commitment to guest comfort. I appreciate the easy access to downtown, everything is smooth.
